Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with BHA. We strive to provide high-quality, custom-made products that you'll love. Due to the nature of print-on-demand production, we have a specific return and refund policy:

All Sales Are Final

All of our products are unique and made-to-order. This means that once an order is placed, it goes immediately into production. For this reason, we are unable to offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for items that are the correct size and design as ordered.

Exceptions

We understand that mistakes can happen. In the rare event that you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of delivery. We will gladly investigate the issue and offer a replacement or refund if deemed appropriate.

To be eligible for a replacement or refund, please provide:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the defective or damaged item
  • A brief description of the issue

Incorrect Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate when placing your order. We are not responsible for items shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If an item is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for the additional shipping costs to resend the item.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been shipped, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you believe your package has been lost or stolen, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.
